Your Guides

Fran W.

media_35;right;largeWe are travelers. Day trips, weekends, long jaunts. I met my husband in Vienna, fell in love with him on a train to Poland. We took a six week old puppy named Tucker with us on a cross-country drive for six weeks. She's 14 years old now, and still misses the youth hostel in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Our friends and family are far flung: from Auckland, New Zealand to San Diego, to Vermillion OH. Sometimes there are weddings. Other times, it's just been too long. And we like to travel.

We didn't think, when our daughter was born, that much would need to change. We weren't wrong, and we weren't exactly right either. Taking her with us has its ups and downs, but most of the time, I wouldn't miss it for the world. Really.

And as a side benefit, we know where all the best playgrounds are from Paris to Auckland.
